Errrrr... lots of those new Geo games, Zelda, Disgaea, Arms, Blaster Master, Kamiko, and Golf Story. All digital.
I haven't bought a physical copy of a game since around Radiant Historia on DS, that may have been the last. Actually, not true, I had some physical copies of 3DS games, but I sold them all long ago, and either rebought digitally or plain said goodbye to.
I have a 200GB SD card, waiting for a 1 TB or higher to come on the market at a decent enough price (under 70€, but will consider under 120€)
