In Sweden most retailers with availible stock are currently making own bundles. Mediamarkt (one of the biggest) only has bundles, another of the biggest, Elgiganten, ran out of stock with a campain earlier this week (~350$) for a console. But still has the Splatoon 2 bundle at select stores. It says on their page that they will get a re-stock October 7th.

What about this?

https://www.gamestop.se/Nintendo%20Switch/Games/73234/nintendo-switch-red-blue-console

11.4% off RRP.

What about it? Gamestop plays their own game. Overpriced from the start, and tagging along as they go. RRP is nothing to go by. Gamestop is all things considered a pretty small retailer, they cant compete with the prices of the bigger retailers.

Yeah here in sweden it was only hard to find the first month or two. Since then it has been more or less constantly.

Quick search at prisjakt.se shows it in stock in most places.

Pretty much, at least the neon version. The grey one is MIA at many places.

Come on, they have lowered the price to the same price as Elgiganten has sold the console for from day 1.

It's more that GameStops crap strategy of overpricing the console has failed and they are forced to lower it to the same price as all the other stores.

I'm not going to defend all the prices gamestop has, but gamestop does not have a chance to match the prices of elgiganten, mediamarkt, power. It's not Northamerica where they are a big act in videogame sales. They're simply a part of the industry.
