We're talking about the rest of the world here - the Switch did not outsell the PS4 there. The margin is what I am doubting. We're talking regions like ANZ, Middle East, Africa where Nintendo is virtually absent.

And you can doubt that adjustments will be made but we've seen for a fact that VGC massively underestimated PS4's sales this year and they've had to do adjustments.

If you did your sums right you would see that PS4 outsold Switch by about 17k in rest of the world. It's pretty much the same as any week and the Switch has yet to launch in some areas yet, so it's only going to narrow. Also, the adjustments wre from undertracking years ago. Right now, the only undertracking going on is with the Switch, so if there's going to be any readjustments, they will be in favour of the Switch, not the PS4.
