If you did your sums right you would see that PS4 outsold Switch by about 17k in rest of the world. It's pretty much the same as any week and the Switch has yet to launch in some areas yet, so it's only going to narrow. Also, the adjustments wre from undertracking years ago. Right now, the only undertracking going on is with the Switch, so if there's going to be any readjustments, they will be in favour of the Switch, not the PS4.
