Yes, they charge a licensing fee which has been about the same fee since 2003.

You are just making up some arbitrary "if" stories to support your jacked up price theory for Nintendo games.

Did you read my prevous statement , is not just Nintendo games, but every games will increase in the future , but Nintendo will have highre price. I am not saying Sony and Xbox will have 60 USd while Nintendo will have 100 USD. They will close each other, but Nintendo Catride will be on top of of that. Why or you so eager to defend Nintendo? This is just fact.
