I have both and the 360 is easily the best gaming console and out of the two, I would say only the 360 is a "Must own."
If I didn't own a 360, right now, I would probably sell my PS3 to buy one.
Sorry PS3 fans, the console is fine, but several factors are included in my decision, the least of which is Sony's betreyal over Star Ocean, timed 360 exclusives, and Eternal Sonata.
If FFXIII was out, it might be a different story, but that game is possibly years away, and to speak frankly, by the time it is released, the PS3 will have received at least one price cut, and will probably have a bundle, so I'd wait.
It's MGS4 vs the world, really, and however good MGS4 is(fan-freakin-tastic admittedly), it'll be over in a week of playing.
