Well, that's a shame. I think the biggest factor to this decline was the release date. Forza and GT are very popular there, so Both Xbox and PlayStation owners look to be going for their first-party racing game, without giving Pcars 2 much of a chance. Many aspects of the game have trumped both forza and GT (awesome track selection, broad range of dynamic time and weather options, kart racing, great campaign structure, etc)..
Bet with Intrinsic:
The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.
