Excuse me? Monster Hunter became a hit on Playstation. If anyone was betrayed it was the Sony Fanbase. It's basically just going back to where it all began. 

To be fair, it's still a pretty ugly move against Nintendo fans. Monster Hunter has been Capcom's main cash cow during the 8th gen, and now they are just going to abandon the millions of players they had on Nintendo systems without any real motive. A multiplat would have made everyone happy, but they decided to, once again, annoy and anger their userbase.
