It's unfortunately not in the game. Which is a shame because that is what I was looking foward to as well. Its in the bottom of this very article. "The game does not include Splatoon-like motion controls".

No motion controls no buy.

Such a shame. I guess the game is off my list now. I guess the search will continue.  

Unless they patch it in. Then it will be on my list again.
