Yeah that is what I got from the article too.

What concerns me though is that this is Panic Button, seemingly the only Switch dev incapable of figuring out how to use Switch's x2.5 GPU boost when docked.

So .. the framerate and worst visuals aren't entirely the Switch's fault ? 

 

Can we call Panic Button "turd party" now?
