He can also breath in space and harvest power from weird mushrooms. I think he is either a shapeshifting Alien or Mario is just a projected illusion bu a higher power. Oh god Mario is actually IT. An interdimensial being who defies the law of logic, biology and nature. The higher age rating suddenly makes sense ;)
