In terms of the DLC coming so soon and already announced before the game released, Capcom did the same thing with Resident Evil 7 where the first DLC came out literally barely a week after the game came out.
Basically content that could and probably should have been in the main game to begin with but they left it out to squeeze more money out of people. It's a shitty practice for sure.
