If you consider socialism in all forms in opposition to capitalism (in theory) then sure you can put Nazi Germany on the same level as the USSR on the far left. This is more of an issue on how you base your scale rather both states calling themselves socialist.

Actually, no.  The Nazi's where never actually oposed to capitalism and once they gained power they very much where in favor of big buisness and capitalism.  Also once they gained complete power they outlawed all trade unions that is pretty much a very pro capitalism move.  On top of all that they never where real socialist either and any left leaning members of the party where either killed or purged from the party during the Night of the Long Knives.
