The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction (GC) - Forgot about this one in my first post. This is the most fun I have ever had with a sandbox style game. Of course, you play the Hulk, so you can destroy just about anything in your path. There are even some entire skyscapers you can take down. Your moveset gradually grows over the course of the game, so it is not too overwhelming at any time. The story mode missions are pretty good too.
