They're also comparing it to the 3DS on their news articles. But they decided to put it in the "same market" as PS4 and XB1. Not the 3DS and Vita

 

Doesn't that mean that VGCHARTZ sees the Switch as a Home console than a Portable? And how it is also current gen not next gen?
