If it has blur due to poor anti-aliasing, low resolutions, blur-effect filters... And all of the above+more... Then I will criticise it. Heavily. I am pretty consistent on that front, regardless of platform.

So I assume that cutting content or game logic is not acceptable to hit resolution targets then ?
