You can clearly see a difference when comparing the versions side by side. Thus you wouldn't noticed the difference much without comparision besides lower textures and 30 fps. Most people probably don't even care. From what I've seen it still looks very acceptable and you can take the game where ever you go for ffs.
That's the milestone here.
