What's offensive is based on sensibilities and feelings which neither has any basis in logic. They are reactionary and fluid. You're basically saying that we should make anything against the law that offends a group of people that take offense to everything. 

 This is why people are getting tired of progressivism. It's wearing it's welcome quickly because it's all about forcing others to live in a way they deem as correct.
