It doesn't? They had to rebuild FIFA 18 to make it run properly. NBA 2K18 runs at 30fps instead of 60fps and at a lower resolution. Sonic Forces is 30fps while 60fps on other consoles. DQ Heroes has a lower resolution and even goes below 30fps. DOOM took a big texture downgrade. Wolfenstein will no doubt go from 60 to 30fps. If you downgrade any game hard enough of course Switch will be ''able to handle PS4/Xbone multiplats''. Look at the difference between Modern Warfare on PS3/X360 and on Wii. The downgrades were enormous. Doesn't mean Wii  was able to run PS3/X360 multiplats.

The same could be said for pretty much every PS4/Xbone game versus the PC version.

And the gap between Wii and PS3/360 was far bigger than the gap between Switch and PS4/Xbone.

That's what you get for paying more money on a gaming PC: way better performance and that's why PC is considered the superior gaming platform. With Switch multiplats it's the exact opposite. You pay more (not only for the console, but also the games) for a very significant downgrade.
