I love art style too (I'm gonna guess you love art style hence you prefer the look of the first) but Doom 2016 pokes fun at some of the conventions of FPS in previous years hence why I'm looking forward to it (I think you'll get a kick out of it too). Also, I think it's great that Bethesda put in the effort to make this happen. Now I hope Overwatch is next.

That would make it tempting haha.

I do hear the new Doom is an excellent game, so I may pick it up somewhere along the line, but not right away. I have my eyes on other games later this year~
