No, it's not really possible at all.  Even the most expensive 64 GB card is still just a few dollars more expensive than a Blu-ray disc. 

This is not 1996 again and these are not the same old cartridge technology.

And also even if it's not an old tech , catridge tech is  very rare and only small company made it. unlike BD which is a mass tech that already been used a lot and now super cheap.
