Well, no. My reasoning for excluding emotional harm is because harming somebody emotionally isn't automatically an immoral act. Physical and financial harm are both observable and quantifiable whereas emotional harm is much more subjective. Thus whether emotional harm should be considered a moral/immoral (or most likely neutral) act is also subjective and varies depending on the situation and people involed.

Then that isn't your axiom. You agree that emotional harm exists, even if it is difficult to quantify precisely. And you clearly think that is wrong on some level.
