I just want her out of the limelight so the Democrats can find a better person for 2020. Can Republicans also run in 2020? I dont know the rules of second term

Yes, Trump gets to run for re-election in 2020 if he chooses to. If he doesn't choose to, the Republican party will elect another candidate. Only a handful of Presidents chose not to run for a 2nd term however.

The Republicans can still run Primary candidates against Trump in the runup to the 2020 election even if he is seeking a 2nd term.  Generally speaking this almost never happens with the incumbent party unless the president is unpopular or factions within the party are split with the president.  Ted Kennedy famously ran against incumbent Jimmy Carter in the 1980 primares, and Ronald Reagan ran against then-incumbent Gerald Ford in the 1976 primaries before he secured the nomination and the presidency 4 years later.  Since then we haven't really seen a serious challenge to an incumbent president within his own party.

I can see Trump being primaried in 2020 if his popularity remains below 40% in most polls.  Will definitely be interesting times because I'm sure the Democrats will be pushing towards a more progressive / social justice platform, and we will see a clash of the far-left vs the establishment wings of the party even moreso that what we saw with Bernie vs Hillary last year.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
