Ohh believe me. That would be a far more viable business decision than the alternative. That would eventually push 3rd parties away, leaving us with a Wii U scenario all over again. But, maybe Nintendo is confident that this time around they are gonna be able to put enough content out by themselves that they're not gonna need anybody else, who knows?
Also, I totally believe this situation is a combination of cardtridge's price+Nintendo's cut. I might be wrong, but I'm inclined to believe that Nintendo's cut is a little bit higher than the others.
