"According to Eurogamer, Switch cards come in a wide range of capacities - 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32GB - and as you might imagine, the larger the size, the more the card costs to physically make."

Here's is the article he was referring to. http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2017-03-10-why-nintendo-switch-games-are-ending-up-more-expensive

At least I have some sort of source on this. Most on here are just lowballing the costs to $2 to 3 instead of the full difference because they rather try to paint 3rd party devs as being greedy so they jacked up the price for profit increases instead of the asisinine format just making the games cost more.

This means you've got nothing. Nobody is disputing that cards are more expensive to massproduce. If you are siding with corporations over consumers, then you should be able to prove the claim that the difference in production costs justifies a €10 price increase. Otherwise, why side with corporations over consumers?

No, I shouldn't because you guys are the ones assuming guilt of something without any evidence. I'm just saying that they're pricing accordingly to the costs. I did source something to explain the price increase. No one knows why that amount specifically, though. It's multiple 3rd party devs going with this price point so it's fair to say it's not them being nefarious because it would require all of them to be in on it.
