If you did any research you would know Nintendo didn't gauge devs with the N64 Game Pakm. It cost $15 on their end alone. Those were expensive.
And I do have some proof now. Se my post a few posts above this one. Yes, the Game Cards are more expensive. They are NOT exorbitant.
