That price difference is crazy. No way can a change in medium alone result in such a significant price change. There was a conscious choice somewhere along the line to gouge customers with this. Could have been to make the financial risks lower for Rockstar, or maybe Nintendo were being jerks and charging a significant premium on the cartridges, which got Rockstar upset. Or maybe it's just to maximise profits and there's nothing more complex behind it lol.
