I mean, I think we'll get to this in our conversation soon enough, but I just want to volunteer the observation that North Korea is not the same as a suicide bomber. What they want does not include their own death. I do not think their leadership cadre are willing to follow a path that they believe leads to their own destruction (along with their nation's) as long as they are given a path that they believe does NOT lead to their personal destruction. However, I don't know whether they might think "If I am going down, I might as well go down in nuclear fire!" if they see no path that does not involve their own ruin, with or without the ruin of their people as well.
