What you sourced only listed statistics that perpuate a false narrative that's beneficial to a certain politcal party. It's obviously biased because it didn't show any stats on black crime rates or compare things of equal nature. That data is relevent to the info they were looking at. it has everything to do with why more blacks are' in the justice system in the first place.

Who really gives a fuck how many of any race is where. I hate identity politics..... "Let's fight racism by being racist" "Let's fight sexism by being sexist" If they're qualified for job, that's the only basis for them to be there. If people in a district elects someone because they like that person, that's good enough. It doesn't matter how many white people are where because the vast majority of white people (people in general, too) are good people that are capable of not being racist. What matters is if any person is being barred from things like that based on their race, creed, sex or political affliation. The end result doesn't matter if people are not barred from anything because it will come down to people having their own choice with what they want to do.

You only care about the end result that everything has to be split even but that's beyond irrational because the real world doesn't work like that. If you look at any country or place on earth, no race or sex is split even on anything.  Some people act differently than others and that will change the result.

Please don't try to talk to me about regressive actions when "progressives" spread it all around.

Typical. Ignoring the fact that other countries do not submit to this level of police brutality. You also ignored the second article.

I could post this peer reviewed article too: http://heinonline.org.ezproxy.lib.monash.edu.au/HOL/Page?public=false&handle=hein.journals/indana85&page=1255&collection=journals

However, you will probably ignore the fact that employer's have stated that they are more likely to hire white people, even if someone of colour has the same credentials. Because apparently, pointing out the fact that America has racism, is racist. While you are too busy living in a bubble that you have created for yourself, refusing to accept the statistics, those who study sociology and/or political sciences will seek to improve the conditions of those who are impacted.
Suggesting that I expect an exact even split between race in each industry is very presumptuous. I merely suggested that there needs to be more representation for those of colour and other minorities.

There is also the natural disaster that occurred in the US: Hurricane Katrina.
The area that was mostly impacted by this disaster consisted of people of colour. In which the emergency response barely responded at all, and left many of the citizens devastated. Many countries responded to this, due to both the President Bush's and Mayor Nagin's negligence to act in accordance in protecting their citizens.

Denying these ongoing issues that are easily accessed, reveals a wilful ignorance that makes one complicit in the actions of these deeds.

You're the one cherry picking statistics to fit your conclusion. So you're saying I'm a racist because I disagree with your point of view? How very leftist of you.
