Impressive how this thread has become a Nintendoom thread... all people off topic, where are the moderators???.
on topic: pokemon is a Nintendo IP aparently the IP is own by 3 companies but Nintendo ows half of one of those companies and all the trademarks for every pokemon and the pokemon name.
