I don't really understand this.. I mean, if you want something, you want it regardless of the circumstances typically, don't you? Do the games you wanted to play on Switch suddenly not interest you anymore, just because you may have to wait longer to get it? And like, when the console is finally readily available, does that mean they're just gonna sit it out now and not get one? What kind of sense does that make? Just occupy your time with something else and play other games on other consoles until you can get a Switch.. I guess I can see it losing some of its luster due to it no longer being the "fresh new thing," but at the end of the day, it's the same console with the same games no matter when you finally get one..

I mean, I had something of a similar situaion with the NES classic but that was primarily because of the SNES coming out to take its place, not to mention the fact that Nintendo completely cut off supply of the thing and the only way I can get one from now on is if I spend like 5x the cost of what it's actually worth, which I'm not doing.

Have a hard time believing this is anywhere close to a widespread problem.
