That's Arin of Game Grumps. He's a pretty hilarious guy (EgoRaptor was his youtube name) that largely came to prominence via rather brutally (but competently) critiquing many classic Nintendo titles, Zelda titles especially so.
I'll be honest, I don't think I would have predicted him creating commercials that are featured on Nintendo's own channel just a couple years ago lol; times sure do change!
Makes sense though... his commercials are consistently funny. That's actually his own collection (and Grumps headquarters in general) featured in that video, he's one heck of a collector of video game stuff.
