Actually, wouldn't being sarcastic make it worse? Because that'd mean he's just being sarcastic about only shooting blacks (i.e. they shoot non-blacks too), which would make her even more scared

Eh, I'm sure cops shoot people every day and I'm sure those people are of every race.  Sounds like this woman has some sort of mental issue if she was really that scared when the officer stopped her, probably having flashbacks to 'nam like Goat does.
