Japan has great taste, a much better list than the Edge one, and let's be honest, most Japanese games are simply better than western games.
Especially modern western games...
But that's also because it's more RPG centric so yeah, much closer to my tastes.
I would easily put Persona 5 and Nier into my top 5 games of all time.
Still haven't played Zelda tho, realling looking forward to it when i get a Switch.
I mean with masterpieces like Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy X, Dragon Quest V, Chrono Trigger, Suikoden II and Tactics Ogre it's hard not to laugh at Edge's list.
Weird Dragon Quest VI or VIII didn't make the cut but i guess it makes sense with 3 different DQ games on the list and the fanbase splitting votes.
No Dark Souls or Bloodborne sucks but it's not a huge franchise in Japan so it makes sense.
