No, that's like me saying "an FPS should have more to it then merely firing a gun" (storyline, plot, an element of adventure, exploration, etc).
Or that an RPG should have more than coridoors (Hello, FF13).

Black Desert sucks because it does the bare minimum for an MMO, and doesn't attempt, in any way, to do more.

 

Also your view of WOW invalidates your opinion on anything for the rest of your life in my eyes.

I think MMO's lack the social part.

 

When Maplestory was popular, there was more to it than grinding. It was pretty nice to see people simply play to talk and explore.

 

I think a game focusing a lot on the social aspect would be cool
