He's saying the first trailer didn't do much for the game and he's right your response is by using an event that has nothing to do in regards to the first trailer.

I don't see how. If no one cared then why would it be an issue if it weren't localized, and why did it become the cornerstone of Op Rainfall?

*Edit* I mean, so we're both clear, that everyone was like screw that game who cares. Then Nintendo said we aren't going to localize it and people were dying for it? That literally makes no sense.
