It seems that definitely have some plan for VR on Switch.

that doesnt really mean that you will see VR on Switch. Sony were working on VR a couple years before PS4 was even finalised and announced.

Them looking into VR is standard procedure as much as them already beginning preliminary work on the next console. 

 

Well we dont know for how long Nintendo is working on VR or when we could see it, also It doesn't mean that we will 100% see it on Switch, but it means that are good chances that we will see some kind of VR addon for Switch platform in one point.
