Persona 5 is almost perfect now on PC using latest version of RPCS3.

I'll admit I didn't watch the video. Do they say to only do this should you own the game? Or do they encourage just downloading it?

In the video he said that there were some issues when running the game off a disc, so he ripped the ISO to play it. That is a counterexample to the statement "all people who emulate are actually pirates, and if they say they aren't they are lieing." 

I don't believe I've ever said "everyone who emulates is a pirate", only that the vast majority of those who do are. But good on DF for actually owning the game they're emulating. I retract my previous statement.
