However, he acknowledged later that he said that to support Arnold, who is a dear friend. I imagine he really thinks Genisys is garbage.

@OT: I don't know if Wonder Woman is a step backward. Maybe a step sideways? The bigger issue is that the movie just isn't very good. So no one involved with the movie should be doing any back-patting whatsoever. Maybe Pine and Gadot, who had genuine chemistry and charisma. But that's it.

That's an issue? I mean, you don't think it's very good. But that doesn't seem to be the general concensus... So I don't see how that's an actual issue.
