Well, it's been rated by the classification board in Australia, (M 15+) and you'd assume the content would have to be complete for it to be assessed. |
I've got to wonder what Retro is doing? The only thing that comes to mind is they are working with new technology engine wise and had some false starts and/or have been aiding various studios quietly.
