How come Age of Empires 4 isnt coming to Xbox One if Phill cares about Xbox?

but not for Xbox One, so its not a console exclusives. Its pretty dumb to devolope a game for only 1 platform and ignore their other platform. 

Tell me more about it. I bet you weren't worried about it when Xbox was getting all the games and PC wasn't.
