I try not to miss anything unless it's useless like with collecting 200 flags in AC. It takes me a while to finish any rpg with a lot of side stuff or free roam type of games.
Other than that, I don't think there's anything that I won't do. Every time I start to think of something then I remember I did with one game or two.
