Seen the whole thing in one sit through yesterday and honestly Iron Fist is completely fine in "The Defenders". The biggest problem with the show was that the action scenes were horribly cut and jumbled. Which sucks because there were a few shots that were amazingly well presented and had the whole fight been shot in that style we would have seen some of the best action scenes in the MCU. Instead there was no style or direction to the editing of some the fight scenes. For example the final fight even cuts 3 times in one second with one of the scenes last a few frames. This doesn't just make the fights hard to see everything going on, it makes it unpleasant to watch.
Over all I really enjoyed it and I'm excited to see where the story goes next. It concludes a lot less than the audience suspects they do which will allow some elements of surprise despite that it'll be more expected than not.
