Dumbest thing you've ever done: what and why?

I watched a buzzfeed video about woman asking 36 questions for men. I immediately had to undergo brain surgery and was ashamed I shared the same gender as Donald Trump.

Now on a more serious note I once build a crossbow and decidedo to check out how well it worked in an empty and open field. The dan thing shot a wooden stick without out a pount around 30m far. Me and my friend where 13 I believe and we got arrested. As for the why we where young and wanted to build something and a crossbow seemed fun and fairly easy.
