I wouldn't call this a wonderful era. Maybe it's because I was younger and more oblivious to stuff in general, but I feel like the world was a much safer and more peaceful place 10-15 years ago (well, at least the city where I live it definitely was). Back in the 90-00's, movies didnt have as much violence, kids people didnt curse as much, and there wherent all these crazy muslims running around attacking people.

To be fair statistically the world is the safest it's ever been. Terrorism has risen but overal safety and threat is way way down.
