Not so sure he's even supposed to. Microsoft created the XBox brand in order to stop PC users' switching to the PlayStation ecosystem. Most stuff they've done lately more looks as if they want to drive people back to PCs and services instead of a console. I don't even understand how people can give Spencer any credit. He's possibly doomed the brand forever and might be almost as bad as Mattrick at this very moment for the brand's image.
