It's definitely impressive I just noticed how earily similar those graphs are. The Switch is doing great in Japan and will keep in doing so. Europe is another case however.

I think we're talking only about Japan here, but since you brought up Europe; Using VGC numbers, Switch is doing better in Europe than in Japan. It's not only ahead in total sales, but also ahead in weekly sales almost always. It's good to see it's doing well everywhere. ^_^
