Probably, sheep tend to follow the herd.

True about people being impressionable.

I don't see why anyone should consider Horizon's graphics to be mindblowingly great. For example, you walk towards the branches of a tree and then right through them with no reaction whatsoever. The same holds true for all kinds of foliage, the sole exception being the tall grass that is used for the stealth aspects of the game. Another example is that wind makes Aloy's hair clip through her ears and cheeks. That it can rain inside a cave is also a bit strange.

Basically, Horizon has the same shortcomings in its graphics that other games have, in some aspects (like foliage reacting to the player) it lags behind games on older hardware.

Great graphics are something like a stone being tossed into the water and causing a realistic ripple effect. Similarly, if you fantasize about next gen graphics, you wouldn't only think of water reacting in an appropriate manner, but all kinds of things that can be touched. Improved textures and some flashy special effects are par for the course, they don't make games look like PS5 level.

You know those are physics and Horizon pretty much lacks them. Uncharted has way better physics though and so does hellblade. Horizon is a pretty huge open world and does most things very well and there is foliage that reacts to aloy, just not everything. Trees do get demolished by giant robots though. There are faults in Horizon but it's an open world rpg which tend to have those kind of faulta,  especially if you want them to be better looking than Skyrim. The animations of the enemies are also bounds ahead of most other open world rpg's so for a PS4 game Horizon is pretty much as graphically good as it's hardware allows. If you want a more interactive world you should play Uncharted 4.
