Proposal: Get political threads off the front page

It'd be good if we had Thread Pinning on the Buddy and all new sign ups have by default the Mod, Tutorial and Official Topic List Thread Pinned (Remove after) to promote them.

Forget new sign ups, I`m sure there`s plenty of existing users that would be interested in a XXX thread!
