With the way NK's government is set up, I doubt it. Something drastic would need to happen otherwise it will be someone with the same motivates as Kim. 

The thing with the royal family in NK is that most of them study abroad and have lived In another country at some point In their lives so they might want to bring some of those experiences  to NK.
