The first sits at 82 on Metacritic, second 80, Syberia 3 hangs at 51. It did not make a good transition to 3D with heavy rain style controls. Yes, there have only been negative enhancements to the point and click genre since then. The art style still holds up although the 3D cutscenes look pretty aged. The actual gameplay is all on pre-rendered 2D backgrounds.
